Automatic Paste Filling Machine

This machine is developed with respect to the need for the filling of product with medium to high viscosity. The entire machine consists of such two sections as storage hopper and electric control with simple construction and convenient operation.The pneumatic section all adopts pneumatic components of German FESTO and Japanese SMCD company.The cylinder piston and cylinder body are made of PTFE and 316L steel in compliance with GMP requirements.Both the filling quantity and filling rate can be arbitrarily adjusted with high accuracy.The filling closure fitting adopts anti-drip and anti-drawing filling device.This machine can be refitted into explosion-proof filling system, multi-head filling system, thermal insulation system, semi-automatic and  fully automatic filling system according to the client’s need.
